Reportage de soutien sur la famille Zola à Talence - Publié le : 5/07/2009
M et Mme ZOLA/SUKI ont fui la province de Cabinda (Angola) après y avoir été emprisonnés (eux-mêmes et leurs 2 enfants âgés alors de 5 et 6 ans, séparément) et perdu leurs familles respectives (disparitions et enlèvements).
Depuis un an, le comité de soutien et les 2982 personnes qui ont signé la pétition soutiennent cette famille. Les deux enfants , Sténio et Aïverson, qui ont maintenant 7 et 8 ans et demi sont scolarisées à l’école, y suivent sans problèmes une scolarité et participent à des activités sportives et culturelles.
La petite fille, née en France, Ariene, grandit et babille en français. Les parents ont perfectionné leur niveau de langue en suivant des cours de français et la jeune femme a fait des stages de formation professionnelle. Bref, ils sont complètement intégrés à la vie de la cité. Ne leur manque que l’autorisation de travail, et surtout l’autorisation de rester sur le territoire français.
Les parents ont d’autre part été pris en charge dans une consultation thérapeutique afin de pouvoir travailler sur les traumatismes vécus ( attestation du médecin psy versé au dossier). Ils essayent, de toutes leurs forces de se reconstruire pour offrir à leurs enfants l’espoir de vivre sans que leur vie soit en danger.
Malgré nos différentes démarches: audience à l’été dernier auprès de la préfecture, dossier très étayé soutenu par des hommes politiques de droite comme de gauche (Alain Cazabonne, Maire, Gilles Savary, député Européen et conseiller général, ) pétition de 3000 signatures, rien n’a changé pour leur situation.
PIRE: ils sont passés au Tribunal administratif mardi 25 mai. Ce tribunal rendra son avis d’ici le 25 juin. Une autre démarche a été faite en parallèle par la DDASS qui a aussi déposé le dossier auprès du préfet pour une régularisation à titre humanitaire.
Ce mois est celui de leur dernière chance.
